PCO Control
Would it be possible to have Service Flow update the times in PCO live? It would be nice to have real times in PCO for future planning of item durations instead of having to go over to a different platform to see times. Also, some of our kids volunteers watch our live times in PCO. It would be nice to not have to introduce a new tool to them when they are already using Services for scheduling.

Yes it's possible. PCO exposes a simple API (next item and prev item only) so we will have to some workarounds to get this integrated but we are working on this now.
