Organize integrations by campus

Hey Casey and everyone! This is live for every team with campuses. Admins can set it up under Admin → Integrations: open an integration, click a connection, then hover Campus and hit Edit. - Connections can belong to one or more campuses. That covers ProPresenter, Smaart, ProdCom, Audio Input, Shure, Sennheiser, Video Input, OSC, MIDI, Live Stream, YouTube and Facebook. Anything you don't assign stays on All campuses, so nothing changes until you assign it. - Dashboards pick up their campus automatically. They use the campus of the active Planning Center service type, mapped directly or through its folder, and fall back to the dashboard's own campuses. - Connection pickers are grouped by campus. All campuses and the dashboard's campus stay open, other campuses are folded, and you get a search box once you have six or more connections. - Campus admins manage the connections at their campuses, and team owners and admins manage everything. Everyone else picks from their own campus plus All campuses. - Dashboard folders are live too. Open the dashboard menu at the top of any dashboard to browse by campus or folder. Team owners and admins can add one with New folder, then drag dashboards into it. Mapping connection types to services is planned as well.

This has become a weekly need for us. I would also like to have certain dashboards to have specific ProPresenter machines attached to service types for multicampus use cases.
