Make Tasks into actual Task Management

In an ideal world my whole team would even from a church staff level would just live in "TeamOS" from MxU. But the current tasks system is to basic for that need and slightly more complicated to create a task than I'd prefer despite being so basic. I'd love to see a calendar view, board view. "Statuses" that people can advance through if desired instead of "Checklist" completion. For example our Comms team wants to track current progress not just finished or not started. I'd also love to be able to create a task really fast without all the advanced steps unless needed, so keeping them hidden unless asked for would make task creation feel more accessible. Something that would be neat in this is it detecting things I type like dates or recurring and auto making the task around that data. Being able to store tasks in folders so they aren't just for the whole team but folders could be per campus or per ministry or even like "Audio" "Video" "Marketing" "Ops" etc. Templateable tasks that can be recalled in the future for projects services or events.

+1! Being able to duplicate tasks and checklists, add items to existing checklists, and change checklists to/from service-based would make the feature much more powerful.

I agree, I feel like currently task navigation is a little confusing on how to edit reoccuring checklists. When you click on a task you can sorta edit some things but didn’t realize there was another spot to open the full editor.
