'High importance' / 'Critical' Notifactions
Make some notifications critical so they must respond and can't be dismissed by 'mark all read'

Yes, this is a great idea. We've had this on the list for a while, I'm going to make another post for this real quick!
'@' mention notification preference is live on web and will be included in the next app store release after approval over next couple days!
To tag on to this, It would be really nice if there was a chat notification setting that would only notify someone if they were Tagged / @'d This way, If there was a technical issue in a space, the engineering team could be tagged and notified, but it wouldn't notify everyone else in the chat who doesn't need the urgent request. Then you could make a 'HELP' chat with all of your production team where they could do something like @help and it would tag only the staff members onsight to come fix the problem.
